GlutenFreegan Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Freezing time: 3 hours total
For the cookie dough
For the ice cream
1) Prepare the cookie dough according the the chocolate chip cookie mix pouch. Using a teaspoon, make little balls of dough and separate them on a plate or sheet. Put them in the freezer for an hour.
2) Soften your ice cream.
3) Add the frozen cookie dough balls and stir the though the softened ice cream.
4) Refreeze the cookie dough ice cream for two hours. Then enjoy!
