GlutenFreegan Easy Chocolate Sauce

Preparation time:  5 minutes

Total time:  5 minutes (more if you want the sauce to cool)

Makes:  Enough for 1 23cm/9in cake or 12 cupcakes


  • 115g dairy free dark chocolate

  • 125ml soya cream

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • 50g icing sugar (optional)

1)  In a saucepan, melt the chocolate together with the soya cream and vanilla extract over a low heat.

2)  Taste it and if you think it’s perfect, take it off the heat and enjoy it warm.

3)  If it needs a touch of sweetness, sift in icing sugar to taste.
